Returns & Exchanges

At Aonic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Aonic account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
